Specialist, Talent Acquisition – Panama (AGS)

Key Responsibilities:
Support candidates throughout the entire hiring process
Schedule external candidate interviews with hiring leaders
Contact candidates to request applications or updated information
Follow up with recruiters to ensure candidates are contacted in line with established commitments
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
Review resumes and support recruiters with screening and interview scheduling
Essential Requirements:
Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills
Advanced English and native Spanish
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily activities
Ability to follow processes, policies, and practices to ensure consistency and compliance within Talent Acquisition operations
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Desirable Requirements:
Portuguese proficiency is a plus
