Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients by telephone and approved written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
- Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received.
- Counsel and assist clients in meeting contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- English communications skills
- Customer Service / Sales personality a plus
- Ability to multi-task and use online resources
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
