REPONSIBILITIES Consults with customers on escalated issues and provides service to effectively resolve escalated customer issues Works under limited supervision with little direction from management and adheres to administrative policies and escalation procedures Provides support to leadership to effectively improve the overall service levels provided to the customer and recommends departmental improvements to leadership If applicable, provides coaching, guidance and direction to team members

Responds to customer service inquiries regarding company products, features and/or services. Maintains ownership of customer issues directing customer to the appropriate agent when required. Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s). Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals through constant process alignment. Works with customers and/or distributors to understand and document customer issues . May be involved in pre or post-sales or both.


Principal Accountabilities:

• Respond to and resolve customer queries through multiple communications channels.

• Advocates for the customer through managing internal stakeholders, and managing customer expectations and temperature while resolving complex issues.
• Become and expert of the Company's products, solutions and capabilties.
• Drive the customer services profession through sharing knowledge, experimenting with new innovations and discussing best practices.
• Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through providing best in class personalized customer support.
• Uses data and customer insights to help drive the resolution process.
• Uses Judgement, creativity and innovation to resolve Complex customer issues.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements that contribute to the achievement of business goals.
• Flexible to support and work in various regions / languages based on business requirement.
• Posessess excellent communication skill both written and verbal.


Principal Responsibilities:

• Will be the customer’s advocate, ensuring sophisticated issues are dealt with quickly and effectively, while skillfully managing expectations. Will become a specialist in the Company's products, solutions and capabilities, experimenting with new innovations and discussing established methodologies with it's team.

•Manage and resolve a variety of customer issues through multiple communication channels
•Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through outstanding personalized support, adhering to the administrative policies and procedures
•Assist leadership in effectively improving the overall service levels provided to the customer

•Provide mentorship and direction to other team members where requiredetailed job specifications or other information that may be helpful in sourcing candidates for this role.

Skills: •Advanced English •2 to 5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role •Strong communication skills in face-to-face interactions as well as on the phone •Refined problem-solving skills •Outstanding customer care to solve customer issues in an efficient way, building a seamless customer experience Education and Experience •2 to 5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role •Strong communication skills in face-to-face interactions as well as on the phone •Refined problem-solving skills •Outstanding customer care to solve customer issues in an efficient way, building a seamless customer experience Desirable Requirements •Bachelor's degree.
