OneSource Building Technologies is looking forward to hire Call Center Coordinators, responsible for answering inbound calls from engineers and field technicians, logging information into ticket tracking systems, respond to network alerts, and provide tier 1 support, understand the scope of the projects.
Skill Requirements:
• Attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills. Interaction with colleagues, vendors and customer/clients of all demographics and professional levels.
• Knowledge of basic office software, ticketing systems, and/or related software.
• Able to multitask.
• Decision making and analytical skills to work in a strict, fast paced environment.
