Customer Order Specialist:

As a Customer Order Specialist you'll be responsible to provide operational support by ensuring that all customer purchases from booking to Confirmed delivery date appropriately follow Order Intake policies.

Your role:

- Review order for completeness and accuracy, verifying product codes, quantities, pricing in order to align with Order Intake Policies and internal controls.
- Monitor the status of orders, from entry to a Confirmed Delivery Cade that is provided and communicate order progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Accurately input customer purchase orders into our processing system, ensuring all details are correctly performed for new booking request and/or change order request for OIT purpose.

You are the right fit if:

- Have a Bachelor's degree or currently undergoing studies of Logistics, Supply Chain or similar academic background.
- +2 years of experience in order intake, order processing, booking or an equivalent mix of academic background and experience.
- You are knowledgeable in programs such as SAP, Power Bi and/or Salesforce.
- Posses an advanced English

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role.
