Finance Analyst

The Finance Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, to support the Ontario Factory in California, USA.

Your role:

- The role prepares and presents detailed financial reports, supporting financial planning activities, and developing accurate forecasts.
- The role evaluates factory cost price, monitors financial performance, supports key financial meeting, and works closely with other finance teams to maintain accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

- Conducts complex financial analysis, such as profitability analysis, margin analysis, and ROI assessments, to support high-impact business decisions and drive continuous improvement in financial performance.

You're the right fit if:

- You've acquired +3 years of experience in finance business partnering or in FP&A. Experience with manufacturing is a plus.
- Your skills include financial modeling, forecasting and budget management
- You have a degree in accounting, finance, economics or business administration.
- You're an avid user of Excel, experience in SAP is a plus.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role in Costa del Este in Panama City.
