You're the right fit if:
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, or other collaboration platforms
- Interest in process improvement, training, and documentation best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

How we work together

- Lead communication plan for OM team;
- Develop, improve, maintain and revise SOP and/or training materials;
- Lead the efforts and process to gather and create SOP requirements or process improvements;
- Act as the supportive source of knowledge for all SOPs and internal policy documents;
- Manage training schedules and conduct an organizational needs assessment.
