Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist role aids the credit team by preparing accurate documentation and reports, implementing policies and procedures, maintaining records, and assisting with collections activities to ensure compliance and effective customer communication.

Your Role:

- You are responsible for assisting in preparing credit documentation and reports, ensuring data accuracy to support credit risk assessments and decision-making.
- Support the credit team in implementing and maintaining credit policies and procedures to adhere to company and regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative support for collections processes, maintaining accurate records of overdue accounts, payment promises, disputes registration, and collection activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding credit terms and account statuses, offering timely and accurate information for issue resolution.
- Organize credit security documentation, update customer account information, track overdue accounts, and manage routine administrative tasks related to credit and collections.

You are the right fit if:

- High School Diploma or Vocational Education
- No prior experience required.
- You are knowledgable in SAP, Excel (Pivot Tables, Data visualization and manipulation)
- You posses conversational level of English.
- You are a highly responsible, customer service-oriented individual who excels in teamwork, demonstrates strong interpersonal relationships, exhibits initiative, and is a fast learner.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role.
