Purchase to Pay Specialist

As a Purchase to Pay you'll be responsible for monitoring the entire Purchase to Pay process with it multiple inter-company businesses.

You are responsible for

- Manages local accounts payable and expenses activities, ensuring compliance with directives, achieving departmental efficiency, and overseeing the accuracy and documentation of purchase orders.
- Acts as the first point of contact in escalations, and offers helpdesk support for financial queries.
- Guides complex finance processes by implementing best practices, maintains rigorous oversight to safeguard against errors and fraud, and adheres to Internal Control Systems procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Initiates and participates in projects to improve the overall performance quality of sales and P2P processes.

You are the right fit if:

- You have 2+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Customer Service, Compliance and Controls, Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Contract Management or equivalent with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
- High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or equivalent.
- You posses conversational level of English.
- You are a highly responsible, customer service-oriented individual who excels in teamwork, demonstrates strong interpersonal relationships, exhibits initiative, and is a fast learner.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role.
