In this role, you have the opportunity to

As an intern you will join a 1 year program, in which you will be given a challenging project to work on. You will get the chance to use the network you have built to find the perfect next step in your career at Philips.

You are responsible for

- Assist in setting up claims for refunds tied to duties, taxes, fees and others that can be traced back to import and export records.
- Take part in as process discovery, set-up and data gathering to support duty drawback process.
- Collaborate with Analytics and RPA ( Robotics Process Automation ) teams to develop tools and automation processes that will help project reporting.
- Work in collaboration with Customs Experts to ensure compliant process that will help in presenting applications for rulings and similar.
- Interact with Factories, Supply, Import, and Trade Compliance teams around the world to work on duties mitigations initiatives.

You are a part of

You will work in a highly motivated team and predominantly work with stakeholders in markets across the globe. The team operates in an open atmosphere and is characterized by a "self-starting" mentality and creating your own focus areas after consulting with the various stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

- Student enrolled in a local University studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related careers; with 2 year to graduate, preferably.
- Passionate person, eager to learn, autonomous, analytical, independent;
- Project management skills and continuous improvements mindset;
- Eager to take initiative and ownership of your projects and focused on understanding customer needs;
- Advanced English both verbal and written;
- Advanced MC Office (Excel is a must have).
