Customer Order Specialist

As a Customer Order Specialist you are responsible for managing orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered goods in the right time and on the right place.

Your role:

- Create, manage and monitor sales orders as well as coordination backorders, ensuring customers needs are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and billing accurately to resolve order issues (returns, credits or debits) to ensure smooth fulfillment
- Regularly monitors order receipts and status, providing transparent and up-to-date sales activity information to support informed decision-making.
- Guides the administrative flow from intake to recognition for all types of sales orders, ensuring smooth processing through SAP and maintaining operational continuity.
- Lead weekly order book review meetings.

You're the right fit if:

- You have 2+ years of experience in areas such as Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Business Administration or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
- High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
- Your technical skills include knowledge in Excel and SAP.
- Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak English.
- You're a professional with a customer-focused and solution oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an in-office role.
