Team Leader de 1Er Nivel
Objetivo del Puesto
Supervisar la atención de los agentes de primera línea y cumplir los objetivos e indicadores del Call Center.
Principales Funciones
- Cumplir con la meta objetivo NPS de los indicadores de Call Center.
- Monitorear la atención de calidad cumpliendo los procesos, procedimientos y políticas de servicio al cliente.
- Cumplir con los estándares de experiencia del cliente brindado atención empática, con actitud positiva, ofreciendo el conocimiento de los flujos de atención con alta resolución en primer contacto y ofreciendo alternativas al cliente en su reclamo, consulta o solicitud.
- Mantener a su equipo y a su persona actualizado de los nuevos procesos, procedimientos, políticas, instructivos o lineamientos de la empresa y el canal de atención.
- Velar por mantener los diferentes KPIS que se miden de forma correcta y sustentar los KPIs que no se logren
Requisitos
- Un año de experiencia en manejo de personal
- Conocimiento en el manejo de reportería de desempeño y resultados
- Haber culminado bachiller
