Empire Management Group is seeking a talented and motivated System Administrator to join our IT team. As a Sys Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Technology operations, particularly in the realm of homeowners and condominium associations.

The main activities for this position are

• Install, configure, and maintain network servers, operating systems, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and update software applications.
• Ensure device compliance with organizational security policies.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance, identify and troubleshoot system issues, and implement solutions.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide technical support to internal users.
• May provide training and support to end-users on utilizing Power Automate workflows effectively.
• Document system configurations and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
• Experience with Azure and Intune Management
• Strong understanding of workflow automation principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Azure (EntraID)
• 365 Administration Center
• A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to safeguard systems from cyber threats. This includes knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption techniques.
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Azure CLI) is a plus.
• A passion for cloud technologies and continuous learning
