Client Solutions Chief of Staff at BairesDev
We are looking for a Client Solutions Chief of Staff to join our Management Team. You will be responsible for supporting BairesDev in achieving our Client Relations objective through great project management, people, and problem-solving skills. What You Will Do:
- Build our identity, nurture new relationships, and close new deals (new logos) through traditional sales methodologies: network-based selling, tradeshows, events, shared workspace attendance, and other on-site activities.
- Track and advance midsize and enterprise opportunities aggressively, acquiring or reinvigorating internal resources as needed, escalating, "unblocking," and otherwise ensuring corporate focus and the completeness and accuracy of client requests.
- Assess, adapt, adopt, create, improve, track, and measure the effectiveness of Client Solutions' internal and externally facing processes.
- Analyze, enhance, and refactor weekly and monthly reports and dashboards to assess the sales performance of the team, tracking it against corporate and departmental goals.
- Provide internal audit capability, ensuring that sales personnel follow procedures, perform outreach on a timely basis, and otherwise work effectively and efficiently.
- Document new or updated processes and Best Practices.
- Contribute to the coordination and refinement of CSO-inspired ERP and other technological advancements.
- Develop strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in decision-making.
- Foresee and avoid problems.
Here is what we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in project management roles.
- Proven track record of success in a senior client solutions role.
- Demonstrated involvement in strategic sales efforts.
- Knowledge of standard analytical tools
- Excellent communication skills and an advanced command of the English language.

- Previous experience working in a software outsourcing company.
