We are seeking passionate creative Industrial Designer with a strong set of skills in Packaging, Printing, Digital and Retail Design; to join our growing team of designers. As a designer you will play a crucial role overseeing end-to-end product design in projects driving creativity with a consumer centric approach, and research programs generating knowledge needed to create great consumer experiences for our global brands. All of these, working as part of a corporate environment within a multi-functional team.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate experience leading Printing Design and Digital Design work. Project management competence and exceptional communication expertise will be essential in driving successful project outcomes.

You will plan, lead, and coordinate medium to large size projects working autonomously to step up the visual identity and packaging of our brands across P&G's Latin America oral care portfolio of brands like Crest, Oral-B, Scope, among others.

The main responsibilities for the designer are:

- To produce excellent quality creative thinking and ideas applicable to mass production with a consumer centric approach. Collaborating closely with cross functional teams to gather requirements, align objectives and drive project success.
- Apply your expertise in project management and design to Lead and manage projects and programs from concept to completion, ensuring the adherence to timelines, budget constraints and high-quality standards.
- Utilize your excellent eye for design, detail, and aesthetics to ensure designs are compelling, consider the brands guidelines, challenge the status quo, and resonate with the consumer target groups.
- Understand the dynamic world of design and creativity and design tools and technology to maximize their utilization across the Design function and applications within the organization.
- Create Design internal meeting presentations.

Job Qualifications

The right candidate for this role should:

- BA/BS in Communication Design, Industrial Design or similar.
- Have a proven record as an experience Designer and a confident approach to creativity, innovation and a rational approach to product design and development.
- Software Fluency in the latest digital programs and tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.
- Strong skills in Design to create robust projects foundations or the ability to step in with expertise to help multi-disciplinary teams with guidance or direction.
- A portfolio and a case study that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in the core areas of Printing, Industrial and Digital Design. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving and technical mastery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- Strong visual storytelling to communicate and propose solutions and will be open to take feedback and evaluate direction when needed.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment with cross functional teams where open communication, idea sharing / building and constructive feedback are essential in the effective ways of working within the teams.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and desire to lead multiple initiatives and manage complexity with excellenc
