Sales Specialist - Motion (Drives & electrics motors)

You will be accountable for sales for Motion Business at Dominican Republic working with our customers at North Caribbean, driving sales volumes and margins. In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

Business Manager - Commercial&Portfolio

Your responsibilities

- Perform product sales management.
- Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Using your knowledge of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers · Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.

Your background

- Good knowledge in Electric motors and Variable speed drives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Commercial or similar career in Engineering field.
- Five years of experience working in sales department.
- Excellent knowledge in the market and products portfolio.
- Knowledge in some CRM, Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in electrical motors and speed variators.
- Experience working in companies with similar products is desirable.
- Advanced English level.
- Availability to travel (60% within the country and 40% outside the country)
- Proactive, excellent communication skills, self-directed and collaborative.
