Summary

We offer a learning development program where you can transform your classroom knowledge and develop your skills throughout all areas of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

- Process employee records in our internal databases.
- Create new accounts and manage access permissions
- Human resources System audits
- Providing assistance with HR strategy procedures.
- Assisting in reporting to executives and C-levels.
- Taking ownership of assigned projects.
- Conducting internal analysis and reporting for the department.

As an HRIS Rockstar, you will learn about:

- HR metrics: staff, turnover, diversity, inclusion
- Analysis: HRIS, BambooHr, audits, reports

It only takes to be:

- Currently enrolled in the university
- Able to provide a university agreement for the internship period
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Attention to detail, reporting, and analytical skills
- Digital Savy
- English and Spanish verbal and written proficiency.
- Ready to learn and have fun but more importantly to immerse into a brand-new definition of Hospitality.
