We are looking for a Channel Finance to manage our company’s channel management in finance field, from communication of incentive plan with internal department to ROI analysis.
Channel Finance responsibilities include incentive application and review, monitoring budget progress and clear of overdue non-settlement incentive activities. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Accounting or Finance along with experience processing channel incentive. Previous accounting experience is a plus. Ultimately, you will help us improve incentive ROI and reduce accounting issue during month-end period.

Responsibilities
• Closely communicate with sales team to know the incentive plan
• Monthly forecast of incentive amount and accrual operation for accounting purpose
• Monitor achievement rate of channel incentive and make ROI analysis
• Timely report of budget progress and warning of overdue non-settlement activity
• System review and approval of channel incentive application
• Communicate with customer to collect evidence of incentive activity and follow up with settlement
• Ensure all incentive application and settlement procedures comply with internal regulations
• Balance reconciliation with customer irregularly to make sure our capital and assets safe


Requirements
• Work experience in finance or accounting department more than one year
• Fluent English speaking is a must, Chinese is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn under high pressure
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets (e.g. in Excel)
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Basic in Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance or relevant field
