Responsibilities
• Define the market entrance strategy for 2B market (majority governments and enterprises) for laptop/tablet/IoT categories;
• Define the 2B channel strategy, policies and incentive schemas; Recruit and maintain business relationship with distributors, system integrators, value added resellers etc;
• Define the Named Account classification and strategy; define joint business plan together with accounts.
• Run the weekly CPFR process with key accounts, developing forecast, follow up POs and push for payments.
• Monitor channel health and drive implementation of projects wherever necessary to drive effectiveness and efficiency of account and sales processes.
• KPIs: revenue; # of NA accounts.
Education background: • College Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing.
Work experience: • Experiences as Channel/Key Account Manager / Sales Operations Manager / Channel Development Manager / Distribution Channel Manager.
• Preferably working experiences in leading PC or TV brands.
• Experience of leading B2B negotiation to achieve successful sales number.
Language: • English & Spanish is a mandatory.
