We are looking for a results-oriented Fulfillment Associate m Manager to support the demand and growth of our businesses.
You will assist be responsible for processing daily orders received for fulfillment in a timely and accurate way. This position will reach across all areas of fulfillment, including, processing customer inbound and outbound requirements, counting and maintaining accurate inventory as well as maintaining PGS360 standards.

Qualifications:

• Completed college degree in Sciences, Business, or Logistics is a must.
• Advanced oral and written English communication skills.
• Availability to travel. A valid US visa is a must.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including strong Excel skills, and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Knowledge of inbound, outbound, cycle count, and e-commerce order fulfillment processes.
• Customer service-oriented. Minimum 1 year of direct customer interactions. Problem-solving, project handling, etc.
• Ability and passion to learn new Fulfillment methodologies – absorb new information and concepts quickly.
• Strong sense of urgency required to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilities:

· Direct the efforts of the Fulfillment and Assembly team and set work
priorities.
· Supervise and organize customer inbound/outbound requirements in
conjunction with the US warehouse floor team.
· Keep track of customer's requests and report generation.
· Manage customer’s inventory tracking and cycle counting.
· Planning, discussing, and completing reports about the production and the
staff.
· Ensure that the Assembly line staff follows company policies.
· Check-in and out in the team’s chat every day.
· Remain available 24/7. Reply to emails, text messages, and calls on time.
