Analysis results regarding weekly and monthly sales; close monitoring of the financial performance of departments’ goals.
Watch over the adequate inventory level in each club in order to guarantee items availability using our internal control systems.
Analyze working methods to avoid time loss and increase productivity.
Watch over and identify potential problems related to merchandise receiving, flow of refrigerated containers and logistical planning.
