- Experience in Backup Software.

- Experience in performance monitoring tool.

- Experience in PCI environments.

Responsibilities

- Ensure the correct operation of the platform.

- Attend non-routine change tickets.

- Attend critical incidents.

- Ensure that the platform has updated Backups.

- Ensure that the platform has support patches or upgrades according to the case.

- Ensure that the platform is being monitored and that alarms are being received.

- Ensure that the platform has the security hardening defined by the company

- Keep record

- Routine to change passwords and in case of support, creation of users for helpdesk

- Ensure that the equipment that supports the platform is properly labeled and that it fulfills the name and label standard

- Investigate and propose changes to improve the platform.
