Summary
Manages clients in vertical operations in a way that reduces operating costs, increases revenue and ensures that customer expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities
Seek additional business opportunities to expand the business and increase customer satisfaction. Complete long-term planning to support the overall objectives of the Company.
Responsible for the discipline and moral of the programs under the vertical.
Support the Company and the objectives of the VP, Operations.
Coordinates with the company's superior personnel, colleagues and superior personnel through email, telephone, fax and in person.
Directly and indirectly directs the teams of the business units to exceed the expectations of the clients and meet the financial objectives of the Company.

Requirements

8 or more years of work experience with a high-volume electronic manufacturing or call center service company.
Extensive experience working directly with the client and developing the relationship with the client.
Experience in management and staff development.
Experience in financial analysis.
Solid technical training.
Completely bilingual (Spanish and English)
Panamanian


Education requirement

Bachelor's degree of four years of university or university is required.

Physical requirements
