IT Trainer main objective is to guarantee TS employees are correctly trained on how to correctly use the existing IT tools. He will be responsible to design, implement and follow up with the IT Corporate Training program. Additionally he will be in charge to give system support to operative areas as required, audit system usage and give solution to any found deviations.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
* Design and Coordinate Coporate IT Training Program
* Verify training materials, post-training resources(system manuals, user access, etc) required are available to the system users.
* Train operative areas (on site / remote)
* Evaluate and report training status, deviations and results
* First / Second level support
* Identify opportunity areas in the system operation
* Audit system use according to the defined best practices
Qualification and/or Experience:
* Experience on training/teaching techniques
* Able to communicate Orally/Verbally in English and Spanish
* Availability to travel up to 2-3 weeks per month
* Experience using any web based system
Important:
* Desirable to be Technology oriented. ITIL and Web technologies knowledge
* Desirable to have hospitality or timeshare knowledge
* Experience operating(user level) a ERP, CRM system is a plus
