SUMMARY:

The candidate must be able to apply the technical knowledge and skills required in a professional job role and responsibilities to achieve the expected outputs. Employees are accountable to manage to ensure every task is done safely in accordance with Management Systems or business unit procedures with the objective of continuously improving our processes.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and execute maintenance as well as support activities to accurately repair all equipment company fleet. Prepares work schedules, assigns work and oversees the work product while minimizing overtime and call-in hours. Ensure to keep cleanliness at shop areas. Conduct proper follow-through on all maintenance issues in timely way working with maintenance staff. Ensures compliance to company safety and security standards, procedures and policies. Ensure maintenance personnel wears and utilizes all safety equipment correctly as needed. Establish and prepare action plans and strategies to achieve the production goals with the maintenance and repair staff. Maintain the Equipment Inventory without repair at the minimum levels.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree preferred or job-related formal training after high school.

EXPERIENCE:

3-year proven experience working in logistics and heavy equipment environment or similar role.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:
Quality Assurance, Technical Writing, Compiling Statistics and Statistical Analysis, Planning, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.

Ensures the appropriately applied procedures, requirements, regulations, or policies related to specialized areas of expertise in the production of work-unit outputs or results.
