Descripción de la Oferta

• Receive requests for movement of cargo from customer via in-house system
• Handle route planning for cargo movement requests based on final destination
• Manage and consolidate the cargo in and out of the Gateway trans-shipment hub after receiving Bill of Lading from origin and destination offices (LCL shipments only)
• Handle booking for LCL shipments with carriers, and co-load shipments with co-loaders (if required) and Dangerous Goods shipment upon request (verifying cargo description, and considered all Necessary permits / documents for in/out process as per customs regulations in PA
• Issue invoices to the company offices (origin / destination) for both export and import shipments
• Support the monthly closing through timely invoicing and billing for Centers XX ( Gateway) & EX ( export LCL)
• Coordinate with the office on requests pertaining to pilferage, damaged and mis-routed cargo.
• Ensure that document processing requirements meet agreed customer service standards, while maintaining departmental KPIs
• Ensure Supplier's acknowledge invoices in our Finances system for duly payments, verifying SOA monthly basis, managing disputes base on pricing agreements.
