JOB SCOPE: Under direct supervision, performs a variety of assignments in internal database system involving Tagging of Candidates for Diversity Positions identification, Screening of applicants in HIRES system for professional hires or designated positions. Pre-screened applicants to assure they comply with minimal Job Criteria for job openings, and refer the candidates to in country recruiters. In agreement with country recruiters schedule the Hiring Managers interviews of designates positions to complete selection process. Skills are acquired through an undergraduate degree in business or related field and a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.
Degree completed : Administration, Industrial Management, Psychology, or any other related
Skills: Microsoft office usage, oral and written communication capability, Web base system and Excel usage.
Languages: Fully able to communicate written and orally in Spanish and English- preferably in Portuguese as well.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in screening Candidates in job boards and any other means.
Position to be located in Panama City.
