JOB SCOPE: Under direct supervision, performs a variety of assignments involving the recruitment, selection and placement of professional hires or designated positions. Pre-screened applicants to assure they comply with minimal Job Criteria for job openings, and refer the candidates to in country TAs to conduct HM interviews and complete selection process. Assists with the placement of employment advertising in all available web based job boards , University Sites or any other means. Skills are acquired through an undergraduate degree in business or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Degree completed:  Administration, Industrial Management, Psychology, or any other related
Skills: Microsoft office usage, oral and written communication capability, Web base system and Excel usage.
Languages:  Fully able to communicate written and orally in Spanish and English- preferably in Portuguese as well.
Experience: Minimum 3 Years of Experience doing Candidates Hunting through job boards and any other means.
*Valid Work permit required
