Position Summary:
Work within the PANAMETRICS CORP sales team supporting software applications for our customers throughout the world. PANAMETRICS CORP invests in its’ employees and seeks internal candidates to promote to higher-level positions.
Our business-to-business Sales Associates are responsible for making appointments to a diversified range of enterprise and SMB software to small, mid-sized and large businesses. Our enthusiastic and driven sales professionals focus on prospecting new business opportunities, speaking with decision-makers, analyzing needs and effectively delivering value-added solutions. The Sales Associate is your opportunity to get into Software Sales with endless opportunity for growth.

Major Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Uncover interests that may develop into a solid sales opportunity for our enterprise sales team
Initiate 100-150 outbound calls daily
Articulate business values to prospects
Generate sales qualified leads and transition to the appropriate territory
Set up appointments for sales representatives with appropriate leads
Set-up software demonstrations between prospects and sales representatives
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email ,brochures
Creative, tenacious , and loves to win attitude
High-energy self-starter who can quickly engage others and who is able to work effectively as an individual contributor and with a team.
Build and cultivate prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting
Follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

Desired Knowledge, Skills or Experience:
Experience working within a inside sales, customer service or software applications experience a plus
Strong willingness to initiate, establish and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone under your own initiative
Demonstrate the ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas while building strong client relationships.
Excellent written, verbal and client communication skills
Customer relationship building skills
Working knowledge of software systems (I.E. ViciDial)
Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications or a related field required
