Main Functions
Office Manager
• Responsible for book keeping to facilitate records to external accountant: register and file documentation of all office and work related expenses and invoices
• Be on top of bank liquidity, payments (itbms, social security, employees)
• Responsible for collections: follow up on clients with open invoices and keep records of payments
• Responsible for smooth operations: organize office supplies, utility services, cleaning (outsourced)
• Reception function: respond incoming calls and attend visitors
Requirements / Skills
• Spanish/English at a very good level (in particular in written)
• Good with numbers, better even with basic accounting skills
• Advance knowledge of Excel
• Good communication skills: verbal, phone, written
• Add-on: selling skills/written and verbal, presentations/graphic skills
Experience:
• 2-3 years in similar positions
• Accounting is a Plus
• Studies: Business Administration and others
