Provide an excellent service to every customer.
Receive inbound calls and resolve their problems.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Advanced English Skills.
High School Diploma or highest.
Intermediate computer skills, knowledge on Internet and MS Office.
Typing speed of 20 words per minute.
Previous Customer Service Experience is a must.
Dynamic, organized and Self-disciplined.
Availability to work on Rotative Schedule, Weekends and Holidays.
Foreigners needs to have Work and Migration permit.
