Descripción de la Oferta

• Manage the credit application process, including analysis of credit reports and financial statements for the purposes of establishing credit limits on new and existing accounts
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with external customers and internal sales staff
• Collection of outstanding accounts receivable
• Application of payments
• Reconciliation of receivables and other related accounts to the general ledger
• Maintenance of customer account master data, including federal and provincial tax status
• Answer all accounts receivable related inquiries
• Other duties and support to the Shared Services team as required, particularly during internal and external audits.


Desire profile requirements and competences

• The person in this position has a background in accounting
• Work experience in an account receivable or customer service role, and is willing to continue to update their education.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important personal skills for this role.
• This role requires the use of multiple computer applications,
• The person in this position must be comfortable working with ERP systems and will have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• The successful individual will be willing to work with very little supervision, be reliable and accurate, and have excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication.
• This role requires extensive customer interaction, and the ability to communicate effectively in English (both oral and written) is essential.
• The ability to communicate effectively in French would also be considered an asset.
