Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Research basic information for contacting potential sellers.
* Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing customers in order to increase revenue, SBA’s acquisition and investment programs.
* Review and gather tenant leases, lease amendments, mortgages and other legal documents.
* Prepare revenue and expense projections.
* Use best judgment in negotiating a favorable price and terms that meet SBA’s investment criteria.
* Serve as a liaison between landlords, surveyors and legal counselors in order to guarantee all requirements are met for the transactions.
* Other duties may be assigned.

Experience
Required
* 3 year(s): Ability to travel within the country

Preferred
* Sales experience preferably in real estate
* Familiarity with a variety of the practices and procedures associated with Real Estate including, but not limited to, subdivision, taxes and zoning

Education
Preferred
* Some college or better in Business Administration or related field
