RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production
• Personally manage projects as required to meet client demand
• Ensuring continued service after EU hours by acknowledging receipt of requests and launching production of urgent tasks.
• Maintain the highest level of client service and quality for all aspects of production
• Foresee, monitor and solve all project and workflow issues.
• Ensure projects are run in compliance with the BS:EN quality standard where applicable
• Supervise the quality standards and conduct regular audits to make sure of compliance with the processes
• Understanding the challenges of the localization process and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Providing timely and reliable management information, including monthly production reports for the Operations Manager and supervising KPI levels
Develop and Manage Team
• Seek approvals to hire and develop new staff to grow capacity as the business expands
• Manage the hiring process and liaise with the successful candidates to prepare their legal documentation
• Train, manage and motivate subordinates, developing skills, awareness of quality issues, and employee engagement
• Maintain morale and maximize staff retention; promote a respectful working environment and collaboration via team building and other methods
• Ensure productivity is maximized without compromising quality and timely delivery of projects
• Develop management structure and succession plans within PM team to ensure scalability and stability
• Build the overall strength and performance of the PM team and the company as a whole
• Managing sick leave and holiday approval process in coordination with the other teams.
Finance and Admin
• Submit monthly budget requests to OM and MD and control spending within approved levels
• Maintain a professional working environment in which all team members can work efficiently and comfortably. Lead the day to day running of the office and approve allocated spending
• Organize support for IT (software, hardware, internet) issues and deal with login/password details
• Supervise suitable legal and accounting consultants to ensure compliance with all local legal and regulatory requirements
