The Call Center Sales Trainer will coordinate and manage multiple education and incentive (edutainment) projects to drive agent education and performance.
Responsibilities:
Education and coaching to continuously develop Customer Service Representative (CSR) expertise of the brand
Ability to present interactive content to large, small groups and one-on-one
Executing creative, interactive and exciting incentive programs to reinforce education and reward on goals including, but not limited to, sales
Coach and provide feedback to CSRs to increase sales performance
Responsible for monitoring results and appraising performance to meet supported metrics
Communicate job aids and other educational material and programs to enhance CSR performance, to include participation in team huddles
Assess agent effectiveness through reporting, call monitoring, sales metrics, and initiatives
Partner with Call Center Management to enhance CSR morale and other activities as approved
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, similar field or related work experience
Must be fluent in English
Presenting materials as a Product Specialist in B2B or consumer facing experience
Energetic, outgoing, lively individual with the ability to motivate a team to top performance
Strong organizational skills including time management, documentation, and attention to detail
Ability to build rapport quickly and motivate individuals to meet specific goals
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills
Knowledge of creative education and training techniques
Ability to learn and present a diversity of topics in an engaging, fun way to small groups
Must be able to interact, and connect with CSRs to convey brand messaging and product knowledge
Strong leadership skill
Strong computer skills - proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Prior call center or customer care experience a plus
Passport and cleared for International travel (on-boarding training is in the United States)
