As Fulfillment Sr Associate, you will support and assist the fulfillment team by caring input/output process around the order fulfillment management. You will responsible to deliver a positive customer or partner experience, facilitate order information flow, collaborate in operations process improvements, serve as interface with other internal teams and respond to escalations.
Role Responsibility
• Manages order fulfillment.
• Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support.
• Coordinates communications and information dissemination with sales force and cross- functional organizations.
• Researches customer or order problems, and delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve.
• Facilitates getting orders out the door registering deals or partner on-boarding and portal support.
• Work requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment to investigate and resolve problems or situations.
• Receives general direction; work may be completed without pre- established procedures.
• Focuses on delivering a positive customer or partner experience.
• Support sales operations process improvements.
• Assist team member needs upon request.
Requirements
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.
• Languages English, Spanish, Portuguese
• Able to establish own priorities within general guidelines.
• Good communication skill.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge.
Preferences
• Business functional in Portuguese.
• Supply Chain or logistic or industrial engineer studies
