Senior FP&A Analyst - North America

This role supports financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for the North America - Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) business, partnering with leaders to drive performance and growth.

Your role:

- Actively support the NAM HPM Finance Business Partner, providing analytical, planning, and reporting support to enable effective financial decision-making across the North America region.
- Partner with NAM commercial and operational leaders to deliver insights on revenue, margins, cost performance, and key business drivers.
- Lead core FP&A processes for NAM HPM, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, strategic plan preparation, and monthly performance reviews.
- Own monthly close and performance management activities for NAM HPM, including variance analysis versus plan, forecast, and prior year, with clear and concise executive commentary.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing decisions, growth initiatives, investment cases, and productivity programs within the NAM HPM portfolio.
- Support product, customer, and channel profitability analysis, with a strong focus on mix, pricing, and margin optimization in the NAM market.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting, and analytics, working closely with global HPM FP&A, controllership, and shared services teams to ensure consistency and rigor.

You're the right fit if:

- You've acquired 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business finance roles.
- Your skills include strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Hyperion, OneStream, or Anaplan is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience supporting North America-based commercial organizations and operating in a matrixed, multinational environment; MedTech, healthcare, or industrial experience preferred.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- You're a strong communicator and proactive partner who can influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively across global teams in a dynamic environment.
- You are fluent in English.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office-based role in Costa del Este.
