Senior Transport Planner - Data Analytics

This role serves as a Senior Logistics SME, leading end-to-end inbound and outbound shipment execution across all transport modes while proactively managing milestones and corrective actions to ensure reliable, on-time delivery.

Your role:

- Serve as the Senior Logistics SME, owning end-to-end inbound and outbound shipment execution across all transport modes (Ocean, Air, Ground, Rail, Parcel, Warehousing), proactively monitoring milestones and driving corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure data accuracy and operational excellence within the Transport Management System (TMID), including master data, ASN and GRIR management, shipment quality, claims follow-up, and compliance with tariffs, rates, transit times, and KPIs.
- Lead logistics data analytics and reporting, developing dashboards and insights (Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar) to enable shipment visibility, cost and performance tracking, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Drive global logistics process optimization and standardization, leveraging advanced analytics to improve efficiency, capacity utilization, service levels, and cost control across the network.
- Collaborate with business, IT, supply chain, and external partners, translating business requirements into scalable TMS solutions, managing 3PL and carrier performance, supporting audits, and ensuring clear, proactive stakeholder communication.

You're the right fit if:

- Bachelor's degree required (master's preferred) in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management, with 5+ years of relevant experience across transport operations, carrier/supplier management, and customer or commercial operations, including international and multi-modal transport.
- Strong data analysis background with hands-on experience using transport analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense or similar), advanced MS Excel/Access skills, and solid knowledge of global Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, drive initiatives end-to-end, lead projects and change efforts, and take ownership with a hands-on, can-do mindset.
- Fluent English communication skills with proven ability to collaborate across functions and service providers, build strong relationships at all levels, and apply sound commercial judgment.
