Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Developer
We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic and growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building efficient solutions, optimizing processes, and working with modern technologies in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
Configure workflows, forms, fields, notifications, and access controls
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and third-party applications using APIs
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Maintain and update technical documentation and user guides
Additional Responsibilities:
Support telecommunications systems including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Monitor and ensure optimal performance of voice and video network components
Follow ITIL standards and service management best practices
Assist in network convergence and infrastructure-related projects
Contribute to project planning, cost estimation, and implementation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and web services
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, or similar)
Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have:
ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS, or similar)
Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM)
Experience with modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
