We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve enterprise - scale platforms and services used across multiple business teams. This is a hands - on senior role for engineers who enjoy working close to real systems in production-combining backend development, cloud - native platforms, integration, and modern automation. You will take technical ownership while working closely with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.

Your role:

- Design and build backend services and microservices using Java and/or Python

- Contribute to cloud - native platforms running on AWS

- Build and support distributed and integrated systems used across multiple applications

- Develop and extend business workflows and applications using modern automation tools

- Integrate AI - enabled capabilities where they add real business value

- Ensure solutions meet standards for security, reliability, scalability, and performance

- Collaborate with peers through design reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing

You're the right fit if:

- You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
- You have acquired 10+ years of experience designing and supporting production software systems, s trong backend engineering experience with Java, Python, or similar languages as well as working with cloud platforms and distributed systems
- Your skills include deep understanding of Azure AI services and their integration into enterprise workflows, proven ability to work with system integration, automation, or low - code platforms, e xposure to AI or intelligent automation
- Advanced English Level (C1, C2)

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role.
