Drive end-to-end service parts planning excellence by leading strategy, optimizing inventory performance, and ensuring global parts availability for Ultrasound systems.

Your role:

- You will lead the strategic planning of the Ultrasound service parts portfolio, coordinating a team of Business Planners to ensure alignment with demand, supply, and customer requirements across a global network.
- You will manage the full end-to-end planning process-including demand forecasting, stock target setting, and supply planning-ensuring optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolescence (E&O).
- You will leverage advanced planning tools and SAP ERP systems to validate planning parameters, resolve alerts, and maintain accurate master data that supports operational efficiency and decision-making.
- You will lead monthly S&OP supply reviews and develop mid- and long-term supply plans, proactively identifying risks, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing scenario planning to ensure continuity of supply.
- You will partner cross-functionally with supply planning, logistics, regional teams, and business stakeholders to support new product introductions, engineering changes, supplier transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You're the right fit if:

- You've acquired a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

- You are fluent in English and are a clear, confident communicator who can influence stakeholders across functions and regions.
- You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to make sound decisions with available data while thinking proactively and strategically.
- You have experience in inventory optimization, S&OP processes, and managing complex, global supply chains.
- You demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, with experience in LEAN methodologies preferred.
- You have experience in customer service and/or the healthcare industry (preferred).

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facility, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role in Costa Del Este.
