OVERALL OBJECTIVE
This role is very important for our company; it must be a teamwork enthusiast and experienced retail and e-commerce coordinator to bring support and add value to growth activities, helping to identify new commercial opportunities and support our distributors’ sales thru mono-brand channels and key accounts.
The goal is to provide with the tools and recommendations to increase revenue and contribution, while contributing to a strong premium presence in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The DTC Coordinator will analyze sales and key indicators in order to ensure mono-brand channels and key accounts performance.
Commercial
• Analyze data like sales, margin, discounts, traffic, conversion, best sellers, slow movers within others, to provide informed feedback
• Provide analytic reports to present results and advice to the manager and key partner stakeholders to show impact
• Benchmark with other market relevant competitors or industry
• Document information to build strong database and recommendations for future tracking
• Follow-up recommendations to ensure execution and continuous improvement
• Secure information flows to strengthen the process
• Connect with industry leaders and suppliers to ensure best in class execution
• Close collaboration with sales, marketing and operations to maximize impact and secure 360 execution in line with global/regional strategies and standards
• Support go-to-market and sell-in for internal preparation and to ensure better execution
• Support the product management - from range-building to sales- and procurement planning (volume & value) working with Product Coordinator to analyze and propose range efficiency strategies accordingly.
• Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and provide tracking reports
• Assist in financial targets and budget development monitoring
Leadership
• Ability to cooperate and influence on different organizational levels both internally and externally
• Support management of total budget of the commercial department
Communication
• It is a must to be a strong player with the best communication between all stakeholders, both internal and external clients
JOB EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in retail and digital sales, distributor business related is a plus
• Business experience from apparel or shoe industry
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration
