Role Summary:
As a Jr Sales Executive for the Indirect Channel, you will design, implement, and oversee customer-centric strategies to drive the company’s commercial objectives. You will act as a liaison between the Points of Sale and central administration, you will collaborate with the Regional Executive to accelerate distributor sales performance and ensure operational excellence across the channel.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Supervise the distributor sales force to consistently achieve established sales targets
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate sales and distribution metrics to ensure full compliance with business objectives
- Operational Control: Monitor inventory turnover, product distribution, and promotional activities across all customer accounts
- Execution Management: Coordinate point-of-sale execution and display guidelines with both internal and outsourced personnel
- Market Intelligence: Map regional points of sale to maximize coverage and identify competitive opportunities for strategic development
- Brand Standards: Guarantee the accurate implementation of the 5 P’s and the effective use of promotional materials
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in the commercial or sales area
- Intermediate English level
- Availability to travel across the country
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in mass consumption companies
- Experience in the Indirect Channel
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
