General Sales Support - Canada Medical Supplies

As a Sales Support Specialist for the Medical supplies team, you will be the first line of support for inquiries and doubts. You'll work closely with account managers, internal teams, and various online tools to provide customer-focused, solution-oriented responses. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service.

Your role:

- Sort through several information sources to find suitable solutions for customers.
- Handle escalations, determining whether they can be resolved directly or need to go to an account manager.
- Keep account managers informed of any critical situations, such as a customer considering moving away from Philips consumables.
- Develop basic clinical knowledge to make informed recommendations to clients.
- Provide customer service with a personable response and probing questions when the answer is no or unavailable.

You're the right fit if:

- Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak French and English required.
- You've acquired 2+ years of experience in supporting sales teams, preferably on medical consumables products or an equivalent mix of academic background and professional experience.
- Your skills include knowledge in Excel, SalesForce and SAP.
- You have an academic background in Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or an equivalent academic field.
- You're a professional with a customer-focused and solution oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role.
