Inventory Management Specialist (Customer Parts Returns)
Is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of customer parts returns, ensuring accurate inventory reconciliation, proper system transactions, and timely resolution of return-related discrepancies.
Your role:
- Manage and coordinate customer parts return processes, ensuring accurate receipt, inspection, system posting, and disposition of returned materials.
- Monitor return flows in ERP systems, validate quantities and documentation, and resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Partner with Customer Service, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure timely processing of returns and proper credit or replacement execution.
- Analyze return trends, identify root causes of recurring issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors and excess inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 2+ years of experience in Inventory Control, Returns Management, Warehouse Operations, Customer Operations, or a related field.
- Your skills include inventory reconciliation, root-cause analysis, ERP transaction processing, and cross-functional coordination within supply chain environments.
- You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education required; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- You are knowledgeable in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel required; Power BI is a plus).
- You're detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely resolution of return-related issues.
