About the Role
As a Sales Executive based in Panama, you'll be responsible for achieving commercial goals and monitoring performance for PriceSmart. You'll provide strategic support based on quarterly plans, ensuring business growth through constant market analysis and point-of-sale execution. You'll provide direct support to the Field Operations Team and performance of Sell-Out to ensure agile execution and optimal inventory rotation.

Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Growth: Define regional strategies to increase sales and Share of Business (SOB). Manage organic growth, margins, and Average Selling Price (ASP) targets.
- Data-Driven Operations: Use Predictive AI and shopper data (Dunnhumby/Loyalty) to anticipate demand, optimize inventory (DOI), and minimize Out-of-Stocks (OOS).
- Financial & Budget Management: Oversee the Gross-to-Net (GTN) budget, shifting investments toward high-ROI activities to ensure profitability and commercial alignment.
- Commercial Execution: Drive the "Target Store" project to close distribution gaps, lead New Product Innovations (NPI), and ensure "Fair Share" alignment across store clusters.
- Stakeholder Negotiation: Influence buyers and build strategic partnerships to exceed Sell-In and Net Sales quotas through deep-dive KPI analysis.
- Market Intelligence: Lead "Boots on the Ground" teams and conduct field visits to monitor competitors and adapt to regional market shifts.


Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a Consumer Goods company
- At least 1 year of experience in Field Sales
- Google Suite proficiency
- Negotiation Skills
- Intermediate-Advanced level of English
