Senior Software Technologist Power++
The role focuses on component integration and functionality, optimizing system performance, plans Program Increments (PIs) with detailed scheduling, resource allocation, and strategic target achievement.

Your role:

- Design and govern microservices using Python Fast API and Java.
- Build and support business apps and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Dataverse) and Azure AI.
- Deploy services on AWS Cloud, focusing on EKS for container orchestration.
- Implement Kafka-based event-driven systems for real-time data streaming and decoupled communication.
- Integrate LLMs and Generative AI into platform components for automation, rule authoring, and decision support.
- Ensure platform security, scalability, observability, and compliance with global standards.
- Help shape the training and coaching plan for AI adoption across teams and stakeholders and deliver some of them to enable capability building.

You're the right fit if:

- You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- You have acquired 10+ years of progressive experience in designing, developing, and deploying IT solutions, including s trong experience with Java, Spring Boot, or Python Fast API, Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to extend enterprise systems.
- Your skills include deep understanding of Azure AI services and their integration into enterprise workflows, deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and low-code integration models, proven ability in designing, prototyping, building, monitoring, and debugging distributed systems, knowledge of web application development and lean system design, Proven ability to align technical architecture with broader business goals.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
