Site Planning & Drawing Junior Specialist

The Site Planning & Drawing Analyst is responsible for assisting and preparing, or enabling the preparation of, the integration of Philips medical equipment into the customer's building and clinical workflow by means of site designs, consultancy, and site preparation specifications. The role assists in designing customer-specific solutions and preparing documentation to support pre-sales, sales, and installation of Philips Healthcare equipment in hospitals worldwide.

Your role:

- Performs daily operational Site Planning activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all design and documentation related to the installation and integration of Philips Healthcare systems across hospital sites worldwide.

- Creates optimal room and departmental layouts integrating Philips medical equipment and develops detailed Site Preparation Specifications to guarantee compliance with technical, workflow, and safety requirements.

- Ensures that all deliverables - drawings, layouts, and specifications - support the optimal installation, usage, and maintenance of equipment, in alignment with Philips design standards and hospital infrastructure constraints.

- Assists in escalating stakeholder inquiries related to design drawings, site preparation requirements, and installation dependencies to the appropriate specialists for resolution.

- Monitors and tracks project progress through established systems and dashboards, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards, while escalating risks or deviations to the Site Planning Manager when needed.

- Maintains accurate and organized project documentation in internal repositories, ensuring accessibility, version control, and compliance with operational standards.

- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including local Site Planning teams, Installation, and Customer Project Management, BUs-to ensure seamless communication and efficient coordination throughout all project stages.

You're the right fit if:

- You speak bilingual English
- You have experience in Autocad.
- You have a High School Diploma or in progress bachelor's degree in civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role in Panama, in Costa del Este.
