The Regulatory Affairs Manager is responsible for ensuring product compliance with products regulatory standards through managing submissions, registrations, and approvals. The role advises product development teams on regulatory requirements, supervises the preparation and

submission of documentation, handles the execution of global regulatory strategies for market entry, and addresses complex regulatory compliance issues.

Your role:

This role is part of the global design and development teams supporting the Philips Oral Healthcare business unit, which delivers power toothbrushes, power flossers and whitening solutions, innovations and product improvements to millions of customers worldwide. Our regulatory compliance group is located in USA, Netherlands, India, China, and Panama, being primarily led from our primary development hub in Bothell, Washington.

In this context you will have a variety of interactions with personnel from R&D, Project Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other disciplines and functions, constantly collaborating and partnering to create solutions which deliver to the needs and expectations of our consumers and business partners while ensuring compliance to all applicable global product regulatory requirements.

This role enables you to pursue growth in a great variety of professional opportunities in multiple related areas within Philips while you develop knowledge and experience in all the disciplines of regulatory affairs, regulatory compliance and cosmetics product compliance.

You're the right fit if:

- You have a minimum of 2 years with Bachelor's OR Minimum 1 year with Master's of experience in cosmetic regulatory compliance, quality compliance, product stewardship, chemical safety, or regulatory affairs.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Law or equivalent.
- You understand cosmetic formulation chemistry (emulsions, surfactants, preservatives, actives), have knowledge of global cosmetic regulations (EU, U.S., UK, Canada, China, ASEAN) and strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- RAPS RAC certification desired.
- This position requires complete English proficiency and will primarily support the US pacific time zone.
