Customer Concession Specialist:
Supports the accurate and timely resolution of customer concessions by managing sales order exceptions, returns, credits, and related activities across the end-to-end order lifecycle.
Your role:
- Coordinate and oversee manual and automated sales orders, including returns and concession flows, to ensure accurate processing and full visibility of the order lifecycle.
- Manage order exceptions and non-touchless scenarios, identifying root causes and resolving issues efficiently to maintain service levels and operational integrity.
- Monitor order receipts and statuses, providing clear and timely updates to internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Execute and guide administrative sales order processes from intake through financial recognition, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, quality, finance and legal to resolve discrepancies and maintain clean, accurate order records.
You're the right fit if
- You've acquired 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Logistics, Customer Operations, or a related field.
- Your skills include supply chain fundamentals, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and experience working with ERP systems.
- You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- You are knowledgeable in SAP, or an equivalent ERP systems and MS Office Suite (advanced Excel).
- You're a detail-oriented, proactive communicator who works well across teams, manages multiple priorities, and helps prevent escalations through timely and effective issue resolution.
